Big Van World MTX Kawasaki’s Mikkel Haarup maintained fifth in the FIM World MX2 Motocross Championship points standings after a hard-fought sixth place in the Italian GP at Maggiora Park.

The first moto was over already on the opening lap for Big Van World MTX Kawasaki’s Mikkel Haarup as another rider tipped over in front of him halfway round the opening lap and damaged the KX250’s exhaust.

Big Van World MTX Kawasaki’s Mikkel Haarup soared to his second career podium in the third round of the FIM World MX2 Motocross Championship at Villa La Angostura in the Patagonia region of Argentina.

The 20 year old Dane showed nothing but determination at the opening round of the FIM World MX2 Motocross Championship at Matterley Basin in the weekend. 

Complacency is not a feeling Courtney Duncan is familiar with, and the fire still burns bright for the three-time consecutive World Women’s Motocross (WMX) Champion to add a fourth title in 2022.

With opportunities to ride typically closed off by COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, the extraordinary chance to race on Saturday was snatched at by many of New Zealand’s motocross elite.
